This community allows pets up to 35 lbs.  There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.  City Ordinance requires all animals to be kept on a leash when outside the apartment.  In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.  Breed restrictions apply.  A pet fee of $350 is required and a monthly pet rent of $50 will be added to your lease.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available anytime after 3:30 p.m. on the day of your scheduled move in.

 

If you need to request an early check in please contact our office directly at least one business day in advance of your arrival to check availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment.

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking at this community is unassigned and on a first come first served basis.  There is an abundance of spaces throughout the property.

* A 30 day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.

*Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60* and/or the AC at 78* F

*Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.

*Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys with the leasing office or concierge on your departure.

*There is a $50 charge for each pass or key that is not returned upon move out and a lock change charge of $100
