Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30pm on the scheduled day of your arrival.
If you need to request an early check in, please contact our office at least one day in advance of your arrival to check on availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the key to your apartment will be sent to you after the reservation paperwork is completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you have not received your move in instructions or require a second copy, please contact our office at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will include directions to your apartment.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly possible.

|
Upon entering the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed on your move in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in a visitors space and contact us at 203-967-2414.
|
|
|
- You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day vacate notice.
- On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
- Remember to remove all trash and food items prior to departing
- There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please call Oakwood at 203.967.2414, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM eveyr effort will be made to accommodate your request
