We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm on the scheduled day of your move in.
If you need to request an early check in, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 at least one day in advance of your arrival to check availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key access, directions to your apartment will also be included in your move in instructions.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This will also be included in your move in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors space and contact our office at 203-967-2414.

|
- You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day notice to vacate.
- On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
- Remember to remove all trash and food items prior to departing.
- There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please call Oakwood at 203.967.2414, between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
