Each apartment is equipped with it's own washer/dryer for your convenience

Mailboxes are conveniently located in a kiosk by the parking area, one for every two buildings.

Each tower entrance, buzz the apartment number, and the occupant releases the front door by pressing a button on the access pad by the door.

There are trash dumpsters on the property, 2 on the west end and 1 on the east

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
