Each apartment comes fully equipped with it's own washer and dryer for your convenience.
Mailboxes are located in the garage.
Gated access, visitors must buzz your apartment number which will ring your telephone. Press 9 to open gate.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
