We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for move in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move in.

 

If you would like to request an early check in, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 at least one business day in advance to check on availability.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment making it easier to locate your apartment.

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Once inside the community please locate your assigned garage which will be attached to your apartment.  They can be accessed by remote control.  Other parking is unassigned and there are plenty of available spaces. 

• You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day vacate notice.
• On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
• There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
