Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 215.568.2188.
There will be a lockbox located on the door for access. Once all paperwork is signed and complete a code will be given for access. If any other key arrangements please do so 72 hours prior to your arrival. 215-568-2188.
"In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your ""temporary home"" as complete as possible. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors' parking and contact us at 215.568.2188. Paid Parking/No Parking: Describe payment fees and location of (nearest) parking facility. If parking structure not affiliated with Oakwood Worldwide state ""This parking facility is not associated with Oakwood Worldwide."" If no nearby parking facilities exist, you should note as such, then upsell the neighborhood's convenient access to public transportation and direct the customer to additional information on the subject. One-off situations: Please refer to your move-in instructions for personalized access and parking specifics."
Please leave all keys and access devices (entry cards, remotes, etc.) in the envelope provided for your at the time of move in and leave on the Living Room coffee table. If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office as soon as you can at 215.568.2188 When vacating the apartment, we do require a 30 day notice. There is a fee for unreturned keys of $25 per key. Please make sure that all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment at the time of your departure.
