Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

At the Intracoastal Yacht Club we strive to make everything in the complex convenient. So for this reason we have placed our residents mail boxes in each building on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. If there is any further information needed the main office at the Intracoastal Yacht Club will be happy to assist its residents.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Guests that are visiting a community with gated access will to be provided with a gate code for gate access. Guest parking is available.
