Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30pm on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day prior to your move-in to check the availability.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions wll also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 954-714-8800 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This community has access gates. There is a guard at the main entrance 24 hours a day for your convenience and safety.
Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please remember to remove any items in the refrigerator and freezer as well as any trash in the apartment.

A 30-day written notice is required prior to your vacating the apartment.

Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60 degrees and/or the AC at 78 degrees.

Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.

There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.

You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the aparment door into the envelope and return to the leasing office. If after normal business hours, place in the night drop if applicatble.
