There are washers and dryers in every apartment.

Mailboxes are located in 3 locations.  For buildings 1-6 they are in front of building 3.  For buildings 7-11 they are in front of building 8.  For buildings 12-16 they are in front of the playground.

Visitors must be buzzed in.

 

There is a trash compactor on the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
