There is a washer & dryer in every apartment. There is also a laundry facility on-site.
Mail boxes are located at the front entrance.
Visitors may drive directly to your apartment.
There is a trash dumpster located at the front entrance.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
