Welcome! We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.725.2323 or 813.890.0182 

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.725.2323 or 813.890.0182

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 800.725.2323 or 813.890.0182  and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. Prior to your departure, please set the AC at 78 degrees or the heat at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing. Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating. Please lock the apartment door and place the one key into the express check out envelope provided in your move-in binder, write your name and apartment number on the envelope and leave it in the drop-box at the leasing office of the apartment complex. There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.If you need to extend you stay, please call our office at 800.544.9537 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
