Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
There is a central mail center across from the clubhouse. The mailboxes are marked with the building number and apartment number.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions of packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors visiting a gated community will need to call the guest from the call box outside of the gate to be buzzed in. They must use guest parking.
Guests are provided with one assigned parking space. Carports are also available for an additional charge (based on availability).
