Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
All mail boxes are located in the front of the property.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Guest parking is available at this property. In order to obtain access into a gated community, guests will need to make arrangements with the tenant to gain access through the gates.
