Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Mailboxes are located within the leasing office area, located at the front entrance of the property
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged. Guests that are visiting a community with gated access will to be provided with a gate code for gate access. Guest parking is available. |
