Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.544.9537.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 800.544.9537 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible. |

Gate access as well as any specific parking instructions will be provided to you by Oakwood prior to your arrival. Any questions please call Oakwood Corporate Housing at 407.426.9799.

Please remove all garbage and perishables from the apartment on your move out date. Oakwood will take care of the cleaning of your apartment. Please leave extra keys/gate cards in your apartment, lock your front door as you exit and drop that key off at the leasing office. If after hours, there is a key return slot available.
