Washers and dryers are in every apartment.

Mail boxes are located in every breezeway of the the building. If you are having trouble locating them please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

We are a gated community please give proper information to your guest regarding access into the community. There is visitor parking available for your guest.
