Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.544.9537 or 407.426.9799.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.544.9537 or 407.426.9799.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 800.544.9537 or 407.426.9799 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges. A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. Prior to your departure, please set the AC at 78 degrees or the heat at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing. Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating. Please lock the apartment door and place the one key into the express check out envelope provided in your move-in binder, write your name and apartment number on the envelope and leave it in the drop-box at the leasing office of the apartment complex. There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.If you need to extend you stay, please call our office at 800.544.9537 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
