Each unit has washer and dryer hook-ups. Laundry facilities are available on-site for residents.

Mailboxes are located in everyones breezeways of the building. If you are unable to locate please contact us.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
