Each apartment is equipped with washer and dryer.

Each third floor of the aparment building is equipped with a mail box. The apartment number is the number on the mail box.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Guests that are visiting a community with gated access will to be provided with a gate code for gate access. Guest parking is available.
