Restricted Breeds: Doberman, Chow-Chow, Siberian Husky, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Doberman Pinscher, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Rottweiler,Pit Bull (also known as- American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), All 'mixes' of the above breeds are considered restricted. No other breeds will be considered restricted.
All pets must be approved by management.
Pet fees and deposits may vary depending on size.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the commuity in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.
Please leave all key and access devices (gate cards/garage remotes) in the envelope provided and dropped off at the property office. If you are unable to leave keys at the property office, please call Oakwood to make arrangements on how we can receive your keys.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.
If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
Should you decide you would like to add covered parking or a garage, please call the local Oakwood Worldwide office at for rates and availability.
