Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Your mailbox will be located either in the breezeway of your building or in a mail kiosk on an island across from your building or between buildings, no more than 2 buildings away. The mailbox will be marked with the unit address, which is the apartment number. If you need further assistance, the staff in the leasing office will be happy to assist you.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guest for their deliveries.

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Guests may park in any of the open parking spaces. They may not park in a driveway that does not belong to the unit they are visiting.

Some units have a 1 car garage and of those, many also have a driveway space in front of their garage.

The rest of the parking is unassigned for guests without a garage.
