Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30pm on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check-in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at (800) 961-9707.
|

|
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at (800) 961-9707 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a valid parking permit. The cost of this permit is $35.00 per vehicle.
|
|
|
- A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F.
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys, except for one door key, on the kitchen counter when vacating.
- There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
- You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment and return the envelope to the leasing office. If it is after hours, please put envelope in the night drop box.
- If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at (800) 961-9707 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
