Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.  Laundry facilities are also located on site, these are coin operated machines available as well for your use. 

Mail box buildings are located centrally for every apartment buildings. Instructions as well as your key will be found inside your apartment at your arrival.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail.  Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service.  Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office. 

You will give your guests the gate code for entrance that will be provided prior to your arrival.
