There are laundry hookups in the apartments and two laundry facilities.  One is between buildings 19 & 25 and the other is between buildings 29 & 37.

For buildings 1-18 mailboxes are located next to the front sales office.  For buildings 19-39 it is located next to the dumpster.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.  

Visitors must be buzzed in by the residents.

There is a valet trash pickup outside the residents door between 7pm and 10pm Sunday-Thursday.
