Each unit has a washer/dryer.
There are 2 mail stations located on either side of the clubhouse, one on the north side and one on the south. Each unit is assigned a mailbox number.
Parking is unassigned but car needs parking decal.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitor parking on level 1. Check-in with Security in the Lobby.
