Corporate Housing: Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.

Residential Housing: Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.

Short Term Stays: Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Worldwide, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to after your reservations paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 770.242.5911.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 770.242.5911 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Your move in paperwork will provide you with gate access codes and parking information for your community.

Check-out time is on or before 12:00 Midnight.
Please return 1 house key (to lock unit) to Leasing Office. If after hours, there is a "Rent-Drop" box in front of office.
Please leave keys and access devices (click cards/garage remotes) in the "Express Check-Out" envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
There will be a $50 fee's added to your account for house keys, mailbox keys, gate cards or remotes that have not been returned.
When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 770.242.5911.
