There is a full size washer and dryer in every apartment

Mailboxes are located near the leasing office

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community, therefore visitors will need to use the intercom callbox to call your apartment from the gated entrance to gain access to the community.  Please ensure your visitors park in un assigned parking areas.

There is door to door trash pick up on Mondays & Fridays.  Please place trash outside by 8:30am the morning of pick up not the night before. 

 

There are also trash dumpsters located throughout the property.
