Mailboxes are located near the entrance of the community.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community.  Visitors will need to use the intercom callbox to call your apartment from the main entrance of the community.  Please ensure your visitors park in unassigned parking areas
