There are washer and dryer hook ups in each unit, there are also laundry facilities on location.

Mail boxes are located in one central location in the front of the property

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.  

Visitors must enter through the limited access gate

There are trash dumpsters on the property
