Office Hours
Monday, Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Each unit features washer and dryer hookups.
Mailboxes are located by the clubhouse.
Visitors are admitted via intercom system.
Several dumpsters are located throughout the property.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
