The on-site management staff will be happy to assist you in any way during your stay. Please feel free to visit to clubhouse to speak with any member of the team. They are knowledgeable about the area and welcome your visit.

The apartments feature a full size washer & dryer in each apartment home and is maintenanced by the on-site staff.

The mail center is located at the clubhouse. Each guest will be be issued a mail key at the time of move-in.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is please to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for the condition of packages received, or for accepting certified/registered mail. Please collect packages within seven days of delivery at the office during office hours.

There is no special access required when you have vistors. This community is not gated and the buildings do not have secured entry.
