Corporate Housing:Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
Residential Housing: Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
Short Term Stays: Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.
Prior to you arrival you will receive move-in instructions that will include directions to the community as well as a "code" to the lockbox in the front door of your apartments. The lockbox contains the front door key to your apartment.
You may check in after 3:30 PM. Should you require an earlier check-in time please contact Oakwood Worldwide at 800.897.4610 so we can make those arrangements for you.

A written 30 day notice to vacate is required prior to your move-out date. Please contact Oakwood Worldwide at 800.897.4610 to assist you.
On the day of move-out please turn in all keys, remotes, and applicable passes into the on-site management staff located at the clubhouse. If you are checking out after business hours please drop off keys in the night drop box also located at the office.
