Each unit on this property is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Mail boxes are located in the entryway of each building.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Each building has a security door that tenants need their key to enter through. Visitors must call to the tenant's apartment and be buzzed in to the building.
