Office Hours: M-F: 9-6 Washer & dryer are provided in each unit. Mail Kiosak is located at the entrance of the property, and off of Morse Park. If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
The community is not gated and guests may enter the community and park near the resident’s apartment.
