There are washer and dryer hookups located in each unit. There is also a laundry facility located in the clubhouse.
The mailboxes are located in a central location in between buildings.
Visitors have open access to units.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
