• For standard situations: If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the rental office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
• This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Plese be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.The clubhouse onsite will accept packages on behalf of residents from FedEx, UPS, DHL, or AIRBORNE.

• The community is not gated and guests may enter the community and park near the resident’s apartment.

• Trash refuse must be wrapped in a tied parcels and place in the trash receptacles.
• Quiet hours: between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
