Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a
community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.


Check In Time
  • Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.


Key Pickup
  • Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.


Arriving at your Apartment
  • Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 317.334.9633 with any concerns.


Parking and Access Gates
  • Unless you have made prior arrangements to pay for a garage or carport your parking is unassigned.
  • Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. Vehicle storage is nor permitted.
  • Please do not park in yellow zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.
  • Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.


Check Out Procedures
  • Please put all keys and access devices (access cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and turn them into the community office.
  • There will be a fifty ($50) dollar fee for non returned keys and/or access devices.
  • If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 317.334.9633.
  • When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
