Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not that of the community in which you are staying. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

• Washer & dryer in provided in each apartment.

• Mailboxes are located in the hallway of the apartment building.

• For standard situations: If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the rental office.  All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
• This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Plese be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

• The community is not gated and guests may enter the community and park near the resident’s apartment.

• Trash refuse must be wrapped in a tied parcels and place in the trash receptacles.
