We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a plesant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• Please put all keys and access devices (access cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and turn them into the community office.
• there will be a fifty ($50) dollar fee for non returned keys and/or access devices.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 317.334.9633
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

• Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 317.334.9633.

• In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 317.334.9633 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

• The community is not gated and guests may enter the community and park near the resident’s apartment.

•  A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment. 
•  Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F. *
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
• There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out. *
• You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
