For standard situations: If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to rental office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

• The apartment building has controlled access, guest will need to contact you using the apartment lobby phone.

• Trash refuse must be wrapped in a tied parcels and place in the trash receptacles.
• Quiet hours: between 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
