We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not that of the community in which you are staying. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

• Your apartment will be available for check-in between the hours of  3:30 p.m and 5:30 p.m.. on your scheduled day of move-in.
• If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.The apartment building has controlled access, guest will need to contact you prior to arriving at the apartment.

• Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

• Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 317.334.9633 with any concerns.

• Unless you have made prior arrangements to pay for a garage or carport your parking is unassigned.
• Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration. · Vehicle storage is nor permitted.
• Please do not park in yellow zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

• Please put all keys and access devices (access cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and turn them into the community office.
• There will be a fifty ($50)dollar fee for non returned keys and/or access devices.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 317.334.9633.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
