• Dogs and cats are allowed.
• Pet Fee is $250 and is non-refundable.
• Pet limit - 2 pets per apartment.
• No aggressive breeds allowed.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not that of the community in which you are staying. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

• Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
• If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

• Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

• Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 317.334.9633 with any concerns.

• Unless you have made prior arrangements to pay for a garage or carport your parking is unassigned.
• Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.
• Vehicle storage is nor permitted.
• Please do not park in yellow zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

• A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
•  Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F.
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
• There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
• You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
