- Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 888.223.7035.

- Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 888.223.7035 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

- The community is not gated and guests may enter the community and park near the resident’s apartment.
|
|
|
- A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F and/or the AC at 78°F.
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
- There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out. You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to loc the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
