This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you are expecting a package.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.
Please call the Greens of Alvmar office to let them know a package will be coming. 785-271-9800
Please have guests park in available parking spaces and not in reserved covered parking for the tenants of this apartment community.
We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service.
