There are washers and dryers in each apartment.
Mailboxes are located by the clubhouse.
Visitors may go straight to the resident's apartment.
Trash dumpster is centrally located at the community. Also provided is, trash pick up on Monday and Thursday at residents front door.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
