Some apartments have washer and dryer in unit. All apartments have washer and dryer connections. Laundry facilities are available on this property.
Each apartment has individual mail pick up
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
- Visitors do not need or require special access to visit you at your apartments.
