There are wsher and dryer hookups in every home. There is an on-site laundry facility.

There are mailbox stations throughout the property.

Visitors may go directly to the residents home.

 

 

Trash dumpsters are located on the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
