We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• Please leave all keys and access cards in apartment except for key used to lock door. Drop key off at apartment leasing office.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 913-492-1231.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

• Check-in after 3:30PM. Should you require an early check-in time please contact the Oakwood Worldwide office at (800) 944-3279 or (913) 492-1231

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon arrival, please contact us at 913-492-1231 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

• Covered parking is based on availability- call Oakwood Worldwide for rates and availability

• We require a written 30 day Intent to Vacate
• Please leave all but one door key on your kitchen counter
• Take remaining key locak your apartment place it in the express envelope located in your welcome binder and turn into the office/clubhouse
• Please annoated your apartment number on your express envelope
• If the office is closed please place express envelope in the drop box
