This property allows cats and small dogs up to 19 pounds.  City ordinace requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment.  In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. • We require a written 30 day Intent to Vacate prior to departure.
• We will contact each guest 3-7 days prior to departure to provide specific move-out instructions
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
